The State of Florida Small Business Regulatory Advisory Council was created by FL Ch. 2008-149 to help identify ways to lessen the burdens that rules or programs proposed by State of Florida agencies place on small businesses in Florida.

The council is composed of nine members who are current or former small business owners and who were appointed by the Governor, Speaker of the Florida House of Representatives and President of the Florida Senate. These members represent a wide variety of small businesses and are from locations throughout the state.

This website is designed to provide small businesses, state agencies, and other interested parties with information regarding the council and its activities. If you have any questions or are unable to find what you are looking for, please feel free to contact us.
